How Do We Get The Highest Quality CBD Products: Here is our Process

Step 1: Top of The Line Hemp Farming

To get the highest quality product, it starts with growing the best hemp. At Glacier Organics, our hemp is grown in the United States in the most nutrient rich soil available. We partner with farmers that follow a state-of-the-art process. Under these strict guidelines, these farmers produce high quality strains of hemp. This process establishes a consistency of high quality products that follow regulations, are safe, and provide high levels of potency and consistency for all of Glacier Organic’s products.

Step 2: Processing Hemp for Glacier Organics

The next step after harvesting our hemp is to have it dried and warehoused until it is ready to be milled into a coarse powder. Our milling process uses the highest standards in the CBD industry. After our hemp is milled and processed it is transferred to our manufacturing facility.

Step 3: Glacier Organics Uses a Proprietary Extraction and Purification Process

We at Glacier Organics are lucky enough to have a proprietary hemp extraction and purification process that uses supercritical CO2. What does this mean? Well, it allows our hemp products to retain a critical level of beneficial phytocannabinoids, flavonoids and terpenes. This produces some of the highest quality broad spectrum hemp products in the CBD industry. Broad spectrum CBD is demonstrated to possess multiplying benefits that are referred to as the entourage effect. Waxes, undesirable plant solids, and other compounds are removed from the hemp oil once the extraction process is exhausted.

Step 4: Hemp Extract Separation Process

Our next step is to separate the hemp extract from the supercritical CO2 that was used in the extraction process. The CO2 is then recycled and used for distillation.

Step 5: THC Removal Process

Removing THC from our products is one of the most important steps in the process. At Glacier Organics, we take pride in having the most quality products in the industry. We have every product third-party tested to give our customers assurance. THC is the compound found in cannabis that produces the “high”. We remove all unwanted compounds using our proprietary technology. These compounds include wax, chlorophyll, plant pigments and any trace amount of THC. This process finishes with a wash and polish to get ready for testing.

You can view any of our lab reports to ensure they have NO detectable traces of THC.

Step 6: Testing By A Third-Party Lab

We believe in providing the best quality CBD products for our customers. To ensure this happens, every batch is rigorously tested inhouse and by a third-party lab. We are setting a new standard in the CBD industry. This includes testing for microbes (E.coli, yeast, mold), potency, and heavy metals (lead, arsenic, mercury, cadmium), and many harmful pesticides.

Step 7: The Final Step: Process using our Proprietary Nanoemulsion Technology

The process is almost complete. The last step is for the raw hemp oil to transform into nano-sized emulsions using our proprietary nanoemulsion technology. This process makes our products the most bioavailable CBD in the industry. Our hemp oil particles are 100-1000 nanometers in size compared to most competitors that have particles around 25 nanometers. This means our products will have faster and more effective absorption for our customers. We take pride in the quality of our products and the testing that gives our customers the most quality CBD products on the market!
